These Terms govern your use of the website kneesrback.world and any coaching programmes purchased from Kneesrback, a small studio based at 47 Clipstone St, London W1W 6PP, United Kingdom. By browsing the site or booking a programme you agree to the Terms set out below.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website. Continued use will be considered acceptance of any reasonable updates we publish.
2. Nature of our services
Kneesrback provides lifestyle coaching focused on habits, routines and personal scheduling. Our programmes are educational in nature and are not a substitute for advice provided by a qualified professional. You remain responsible for the choices you make in your own daily life.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old to book a programme. By booking you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under United Kingdom law.
4. Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received in full. Prices on the Programmes page are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Sessions are normally scheduled within fourteen days of booking, subject to mutual availability.
5. Rescheduling and cancellation
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least forty-eight hours of notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be counted as delivered. See the Return Policy for refund details.
6. Acceptable use of the website
When using the site you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.
- Interfere with the operation of the site or the experience of other visitors.
- Use the site for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
- Copy, redistribute or republish substantial portions of our content without written permission.
